1. About these terms

Information on this site is for general guidance only. Reviews and project descriptions may be illustrative. Pricing shown is indicative. A signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence for any engagement.

3. Services

Services are described in written proposals. Scope changes may adjust fees and timelines. Client responsibilities include timely feedback, access credentials and accurate content. Delays caused by the client may move delivery dates.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in GBP. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence or assignment of deliverables as stated in the statement of work. We retain pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how. Portfolio use of completed work is permitted unless you opt out in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use content in a way that infringes third-party rights.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, so far as permitted.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information private except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

9. Changes

Website terms may be updated; continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised terms. Service engagements end as set out in the relevant statement of work.
